Sedona Error Handler Form
Although Sedona strives to have very high quality in our software products, from time to time, a software bug occurs in our products.
When an error occurs, the Sedona Office Error Processor Form will be shown to the user.
The form contains a screen shot at the exact time the error occurred, and will capture what our development team needs to diagnosis the problem.
All the information is stored in the local users account. Optionally, the user can email the information to our development team.
Items on the form
- Screen shot this is captured at the exact time of the error. It can also be drawn on to highlight what the user thinks is relevant to the error.
A clear button is provided to clear all the highlighting.
- Comments this is the area that the user can enter comments on the error. Users should fill this out as completely as possible.
The more information provided the better.
- Email Checkbox if this checkbox is selected the error information will be emailed to our development team.
- Continue Button / x Button Click either of these buttons and the information will be processed and the program will try to continue on ignoring the error.
- Exit Program Button Click this button and the program will be exited after the information is saved.
If a user emails the information to development, it will be analyzed on a first come first served basis. Development will resolve the issue if possible
and include in a future release. If the user feels the issue is pressing, please contact support as normal.
