SedonaEmail Installation and Setup
SedonaOffice upgraded to version 5.2.80 or greater
PDFeXplode (PDFx) MUST be installed, registered and tested to
send emails through your email server.
The SedonaEmail
integration will NOT work with the demo version of PDFx.
PDFx can be purchased and downloaded from the links below:
Single Client Version

Please note, PDFx is a 3rd party product who's
support can be reached via:
http://www.pdf-explode.com/support.htm
The PDFx print driver MUST be installed on the client
that SedonaOffice will be emailing invoices from, regardless of PDFx version in use.
Start PDFx from Start/All Programs, then select
Printer, PDF-eXPLODE Options…
Set Explode/E-mail to Silent Mode and Suppress

This is the screen to setup the Email Connection

Under MessageID Tags, create folders for both Invoice and
Statement.

Under the Invoice and Statement folders setup the email
template…

Once configured and tested contact
SedonaOffice Support to
schedule activation of SedonaEmail.
